broken chains, bails, clasps, cords, jump-rings and earring studs/hooks/clip-ons

Our policy does not cover replacing entire elements of the jewelry pieces. For example, charms/pendants/accessories that have been broken in half, dented, gouged out, smashed or flattened beyond repair. Please check our Care & Repair page for more information.
